Refund/Transfer policy

Due to the upfront cost of producing a race all registrations are non-refundable and cannot be deferred to another year. You may change your distance online up until the Thursday at midnight the night before the race. It is $15 change distance fee. Follow the instructions here to log in to RunSignUp and then you can transfer to a different distance. Can’t make it at all? You may transfer your race entry to another person for a $15 fee. Transfers can be done online until Thursday at midnight. Follow the instructions here to do so online. After Thursday distance and transfers may be done at Packet Pickup or the morning of the race in person. If doing in person please give yourself extra time for lines.
